We offer a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for changing unhelpful thought patterns, EMDR for processing trauma, and individual, couples, and family therapy for personal growth and stronger relationships. We also specialize in the Gottman Method for couples and play therapy to help children express emotions and build coping skills.
We provide support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Our therapists also help with work stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, parenting, and family dynamics, including blended families and adoption. We offer specialized care for PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, college mental health, and aging-related concerns, as well as couples counseling, infidelity recovery, and divorce support.
If you're overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with emotional or mental health challenges, therapy can be a helpful space to work through those issues. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or simply want to improve your mental wellbeing, therapy provides a supportive environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you, your concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve through therapy. It's a safe space for you to share at your own pace. We’ll discuss your personal history, any challenges you’re currently facing, and work together to set goals for treatment.
This initial session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process and get to know your therapist's approach.
Most sessions are 45 to 50 minutes long. Couples sessions are typically 90 to 105 minutes long.
The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may start with weekly sessions, while others may choose to meet bi-weekly or monthly. Over time, we may adjust the frequency as your needs change.
We accept several major insurance plans. Please contact our office directly to inquire about whether we accept your specific insurance provider. If we don’t accept your insurance, we also offer a private pay option for clients who prefer not to use insurance at a rate of $150 per session.

Yes, confidentiality is a fundamental part of the therapeutic relationship. Your privacy is important to us, and we adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. There are some exceptions to confidentiality, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law, but your therapist will discuss these exceptions with you during your first session.
Yes, we offer telehealth therapy sessions for clients who prefer to meet virtually or have scheduling or geographical limitations. These sessions are conducted through a secure video conferencing platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may need it.
We understand that things come up, so if you do need to cancel last minute, please let us know as soon as possible! There will be a $50 late cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Yes, we offer therapy for children and adolescents from age 6 and up. Our therapists are trained in various approaches to support younger clients, including play therapy and family therapy.
We also work closely with parents to ensure the therapy process is collaborative and effective.
If you're in immediate crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you're in need of urgent support but don't require emergency services, please call our office for immediate assistance or resources.
We encourage you to discuss your concerns with your therapist during scheduled appointments. If you are in need of after hours support, there is an additional fee for crisis-related calls made outside of our regular business hours. An after-hours crisis call is any call after 7pm Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday, Sunday or holidays. A crisis is an urgent mental health concern requiring immediate intervention, such as suicidal thoughts, imminent self-harm, or severe distress impacting your ability to function safely. The fee for after-hours crisis calls is $35 for every 15 minute increment. We will always strive to provide necessary support, however please be aware that after-hours calls may be directed to an on-call therapist who may have limited availability. If you need further immediate assistance, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room or call the National Hotline for Mental Health Crises and Suicide Prevention at 800-273-8255.
